  The hotel was very cozy, and the location was awesome. My wife and I were able to walk right down to the beach from the hotel, less than a few hundred feet. The beach was huge and beautiful, with cliffs off to the north side. Surf was pretty good as well, if you're looking to hit some good waves.

  Our "ocean view room" only had a view of the ocean when you craned your head far enough out the balcony rail to see it. The carpet was so dirty, and so was the bathroom. Dirt all over the floor, sand all over the bathroom floor, and hair in the shower is definitely NOT how I want to be welcomed. When was the last time they had a maid there? And because the elevators weren't working (unsurprising) the top floor breakfast - the only good thing at this hotel - was closed. Honestly the best thing about this place was its proximity to the water and vending machine and laundromat so close by. That's it. Definitely not staying here again.
