  I go to this verizon often for my new phones. However, It seems like there are more people than employees. Every one is super nice. Seems understaffed.

  The guy who answered the phone didn't know anything, and hung up on me when I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said I yelled at him when I told him for the third time I had no photos on the phone. It is not about him. It is about the customer. Maybe I should get an iPhone.
